			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Getting in shape is simple. In fact, it’s so simple that you don’t need a trainer. You see, the majority of people (there are exceptions to  every rule ofcourse) that need training are people with excuses. It is my job to break those excuses and to push you to do the things you would be fully capable of doing on your own and yes eventually send you on your way (I don’t want to train you forever. I want to TRAIN you so that you can USE what I TRAINED you to DO). Sure, I may know how to do exercises and when to do them and I have more experience than you. NONE of that matters. Me being in shape is as irrelevant as your excuse to not eat properly.</p>
<p>I would probably bet that you know doughnuts and fast food are probably not going to get you in any better shape than sitting around at home and not exercising will. So why do you do it? I’m sure you have an excuse to do those things, right? Are you too busy? Do you not know how to pick up a dumbbell? Perhaps, you have made EXCELLENT progress and need the “push” of having someone help you. See, really people just need that encouraging voice in there ear saying, “Hey, YOU CAN do this let’s make it happen right now!” If you can accept what I have just said than you know that there is no magic trainer and that I don’t make miracles happen.</p>
<p>Fitness is painfully simple but it’s a pain for most because they have not adapted to living a lifestyle conducive of having abs or being able to do a few pull ups or take your shirt off with confidence. If you are mentally strong enough to adapt to that lifestyle you will see that through your own efforts you can get in shape, or better shape, or run that mile in 5 minutes. You must decide to do these things for yourself because no matter how much I try to help you, you will bounce back and all of our time together and the money you spent will be a waste.</p>
<p>So, please let this piece be your learning lesson in advance and know that if you need that “guide” to get you there I WILL be that. I will be the best damn guide to push you and get you in shape than you have EVER had. I PROMISE that to you. However, I can’t jump inside your body and do it for you. You get what you put into it and all the resources you need are here. USE THEM!</p>
